Tippmann Management, LLC is an Ohio Limited Liability Company founded in 2008 by William Tippmann.  Its purpose is to provide a range of real estate and project management services to third parties utilizing Mr. Tippmann’s experience is all segments of the real estate industry. 

Bill’s professional experience began in the mid-1970s as a construction supervisor with a family company in Fort Wayne, IN (Resume attached).  His formal exposure to large scale project management and the financial aspects of real estate began with his employment at Linclay Corporation and continues to this day.  Few possess his skill at first understanding of a property’s full potential then challenging the stakeholders to achieve the group’s objectives.  These leadership qualities have resulted in the success completion of projects totaling more than 10-million square feet.  All types of projects have been developed, including office, industrial, retail and residential. 

Perhaps the greatest strength is the ability to first formulate a financial plan for the property with input from all members of the project team and then to monitor and control these functions throughout the project’s life.  Continuous financial evaluation allows for timely decision making on the part of the client.
